Hello and welcome to our Apartment.

This 3 bed 2 bath boasts a lot of character. Newly renovated in 2026.

Chefs Kitchen: Enjoy our spacious and gorgeous chefs kitchen. Induction range, Microwave, dishwasher, smart fridge.

Coffee bar: Enjoy your morning cup of Joe Nespresso style. Milk Frother also available

Bathroom: Both bathrooms have heated floor tiles and heated towel racks.

Laundry Room: The internal washer dryer are available for use. For larger loads there is also a laundry room in the basement.

Air conditioning: Each room has its own split system and remote control. If you notice any dripping or condensation please notify us immediately. Instructional videos are here.

Window Treatments: We have installed motorized black out curtains in each bedroom. Remotes are in each room. Instructional videos are here.

The building. Manhattan Tower is a door man building (full time) . Only guests added to building link can access the apartment.

Check-In:

Our check in time is 4PM

If we can we will accommodate early check in. We do not charge for this but cant guarantee is until we have confirmation from our cleaners that they are finished preparing the home for you. In some cases we will allow check ins while the cleaners are still working to drop off bags only.

The door lock can be operated by selecting the House Symbol and then entering your unique code. It will lock automatically after 5 mins.

Check Out

Check out time is 10am

Please just toss the beds that you used leaving mattress protectors on and take the towels to the laundry area. Please empty the trash and take to the chute at the other end of the hall. Run the dishwasher and please lock up turning lights and AC’s off.

HOUSE ACCESS

 A key code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. Enter the code and turn the knob.

1. Registered Guests Only

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.

Visitors, day guests, or unregistered individuals are not allowed without prior written approval.

2. No Events or Gatherings

No parties, events, receptions, meetings, or group functions are permitted.

Reservations made through lodging platforms are for overnight accommodations only.

Unauthorized gatherings will result in:

  • Immediate termination of the reservation

  • Removal from the property

  • Additional fees and/or loss of deposit

3. Maximum Occupancy

The property may not be occupied by more than the number of guests approved at booking.

Respect thy neighbors:

Respect for the Property

This is a privately owned home, not a hotel. Please treat it accordingly.

If you move furniture around please return it to its original location.

Only toilet paper may be flushed. (even then if you can use trash bins this is appreciated)

Do NOT flush:

  • Wipes (even “flushable”)

  • Feminine products

  • Paper towels

  • Food waste

  • Grease or oils

Violation may result in service charges.

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.

Pets

Pets are permitted only if approved in advance and must be supervised at all times.

Guests are responsible for:

  • Cleaning up after pets

  • Preventing damage or disturbance

Safety & Liability

Guests assume responsibility for their use of the property and amenities.

The owners are not responsible for:

  • Injuries

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Misuse of facilities

Commercial Filming / Photography

Professional photography, filming, or content creation requires prior written approval.

Violation of House Rules

Failure to follow these rules may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of stay

  • Removal from property

  • Additional charges for damages or misuse

  • Loss of security deposit
